We are growing rapidly across hospitals and long-term care in the Netherlands and are looking for a Sales & Business Development Director who can open doors, build relationships, and develop long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations.

What you’ll do
Build strong relationships with hospitals and long-term care (LTC) organizations.
Identify new opportunities, make first connections, and guide prospects from initial contact to contract.
Understand healthcare processes and challenges, and clearly articulate how MedEye’s technology adds value—in time savings, safety, and staff satisfaction.
Lead persuasive conversations with procurement teams, IT departments, nursing leadership, pharmacists, and executives.
Develop account strategies and foster long-term partnerships with existing customers.
Represent MedEye at trade shows, conferences, and networking events in the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with the product and implementation teams to ensure our solutions land well in practice and keep customers enthusiastic about usage.
Bring field insights back to the team so we can continuously improve our solutions and approach.
Job requirements
Must-haves
Experience in sales, business development, or account management within healthcare (preferably hospitals or elderly care/VVT).
You speak the language of healthcare professionals and understand how decisions are made within healthcare organizations.
Strong communication skills, persuasive presence, and a genuine interest in healthcare challenges.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Should-haves
Experience implementing or selling technology in clinical environments.
Affinity with AI, digitalization, or process optimization in healthcare.
You’re self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (IT, clinical, commercial).
Understanding of change management within healthcare organizations.
Nice-to-haves
Familiarity with regulations such as ISO 27001, NEN 7510, MDR, or GDPR.
A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree—for example in (Health) Care, Business Administration, or Biomedical Engineering.
A network within hospitals or long-term care organizations.
